Crews finalized repairs to vacuums that had not been operating at full capacity as part of the Sidewall Odor Mitigation System (SOMS) on the eastern side of the Bristol Quarry Landfill. The stormwater pump was utilized to remove surface water from this week’s rainfall. Routine maintenance continued on the landfill’s gas extraction system.
