This week crews removed an old leachate overflow tank in preparation for the installation of a new flare and equalization tank as part of the new and improved leachate treatment system at the Bristol Quarry Landfill.
The City has scheduled a Bristol Quarry Landfill Open House for next Wednesday, May 21 at 6:00 pm in City Council Chambers. All are welcome to come hear from industry experts about the progress made and what’s still to come as the landfill remediation process continues.
