*ATTENTION HASSEN HEIGHTS RESIDENTS
A rezoning request has been submitted to the City for property adjacent to Hassen Heights Subdivision. The purpose of the rezoning is to permit the construction of an Overnight Recreational Development. The property owner is proposing to construct 20 RV spaces and 10 cabins for short term rental. All work will be performed in accordance with §50-120 of the City Code. Access to the proposed development will be from Stagecoach Road only with no ingress/egress through the Hassen Heights Subdivision.
